The original “Troll” doll was created in 1959 by a Danish woodcutter Thomas Dam. In the 1960s, the fad spread across America for the first time. Trolls had other spurts of popularity in the US during the 1970s and 90s. In 2013, Dreamworks Pictures purchased the entire Trolls line from the Dam company and in 2016 Dreamworks released the first feature film about the tall hair creatures entitled “Good Luck Trolls..”

With that history lesson out of the way, Trolls has made the next move in its growth by agreeing on a licensing deal with Funko. Funko announced yesterday that Pop!s from Good Luck Trolls will be coming soon.

The coolest feature is that Funko wisely kept the “real” hair a part of the design. You can preorder  Teal Troll, Rainbow Troll, Pink Troll and Orange Troll now to add to your collection. No word yet on a Twitter Troll.

But wait…that’s not all! You have to get these exclusives to complete your collection. Yellow Troll is a Funko Web exclusive and PBlue Troll is a Barnes & Noble exclusive.

These are available worldwide except in Denmark, Greenland, Faroe Islands, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden.
