Today, I check out two of the recent releases to the Pokemon line of Pop! Vinyls from Funko. Because I was unable to track down Pikachu when he was released exclusively to Target in 2018, these two here are the first ones added to my Pokemon collection. Let’s take a look at Bulbasaur and Charmander.
Both Bulbasaur and Charmander premiered in the first generation of games from Nintendo, Pokemon Red and Pokemon Blue. They are two of the three starter Pokemon that Professor Oak lets you as the trainer pick from, the third being Squirtle. Bulbasaur is a Grass Type Pokemon, with Charmander being a Fire-Type Pokemon.
I am a BIG fan of Pokemon,so these were must buys for me. Eventually I will break down and spend the little extra to get a Pikachu off the secondary market, and I’m looking forward to additional Pokemon to be released by Funko in Pop! Vinyl form.

As a Pokemon fan myself I absolutely adore the Pokemon Funko Pops that have been released so far. And when I was praying to get the Squirtle Pop, the company announced its release haha.
