For today’s Funko Pop! review, I take a closer look at Glitter Light Fury, a Funko Shop Limited Edition exclusive. From the movie How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World, which was released back in January, this variant of Light Fury comes with a glitter sheen.
I really enjoyed the movie, and thought that Light Fury was a perfect addition to the franchise, giving Toothless (or the film’s Light Fury) a love interest and eventual companion.
Unlike the Diamond Collection releases that, I feel, overdo it with the glitter on the Pop! Vinyl, this glitter version of Light Fury is noticeable, but not too much. It gives the figure dimension without it being gaudy. I am glad I waited to pick up this version for when I ordered last from the Funko Shop online.
Sadly, she is no longer available online, so your best scenario if you want to add her to your collection is on the secondary market.
