While at Toy Fair earlier this month, I got a chance to take a look at the Collectormates The Smurfs collection of vinyl figures. Unfortunately, they are currently not available in the United States market, just Latin America and Asia. However, I liked the collection so much I wanted to share it with all of our readers, in case anyone in those markets want to search them out.

First up to share is a Vinyl Mini Figure blind boxed set

Series One contains twelve regular characters, plus an unknown number of rare figures.

Then there is a set of larger vinyl figures, featuring Papa Smurf, Smurfette, and more.

These are really some great looking vinyl figures. I hope that Collectormates figure out how to bring them to the US.

  1. Is it so necessary to make the rare smurfs? Why the hell we have to get crazy spending money for a stupid item that is hard to find just for fun? I could understand rarities when schleich was ending smurfs production in ‘80s but why release items in minor number just for no reason except that let collectors spend a lot of money? Keep them, I won’t buy, I have too much respect for my brain.
