This release is confusing.
It isn’t from the movie, yet Legendary Pictures is promoting it as being inspired by the movie.
So why then didn’t they just do the character from the movie? Lol.
It’s not supposed to be the movie version because they probably didn’t get the rights to do it? This is a design more like a traditional Krampus, plus the logo isn’t the movie version (or it doesn’t appear to be). That’s what inspired by means or when a movie is “inspired by true events.” It gets the point across but isn’t the same necessarily.
…and I mean the logo on the box, not the stock picture at the top of the webpage…
