The September box of Legion of Collectors is here. If you like spoilers you need to get out of here because the spoilers will start  flying after the next photo.

Legion of Collectors: Women of DC

The beauty of the Funko Sub boxes is more than its value. The little things are to be appreciated as well. For starters, each box has pretty cool designs on the inside of the box. Check out  the ladies below!

Each box has a patch and pin that goes with the theme. I’m sure some don’t care either way for these but I enjoy them. First you’ll see a  Batgirl patch followed by a Harley Quinn pin.

You get all the above before the inner box is open. Here is where the meat of the Funko sub boxes reside.

I’m really enjoying the comic artwork each month. A friend of mine makes a collage out of all the covers and hangs it in her room at college.

This month there are two shirts possibilities. I got this gray “superheroes” shirt.

You can also get a blue version of DC women villains. At the bottom of this story you will be able to see a picture of that shirt.

This box, Funko debuts a pretty cool item for its “secondary” feature item. Wonder Woman action figure and her invisible jet! A lot of times, I read complaints when Funko puts some of there other items in the box besides Pop! Vinyls.  I’m not sure why people don’t get that this is a way to get people to branch out from the Pop line to other items. While I understand some only want Pops, that’s just not going to happen often. With that out of the way, I’m going to focus on the action figure we get.

Wonder Woman is tiny for sure but considering the size the plane is, I’m glad she isn’t any bigger.

If you have kept scrolling it is time to give you what you wanted: HAWKGIRL! She is based on the comic design and goes well with the original Hawkman Pop that was released years ago.

This box continues the Funko tradition of giving you more value than you pay for. Will you like everything? Probably not but that’s what mystery boxes are.  However, the value is there. When you sign up for a sub box, you must consider value first. Funko consistently provides more value than all other sub boxes.
