I dropped a little info on Twitter the other night about potential BTS Pop!s coming soon and man the RT’s, replies and DMs haven’t stopped coming in. While I had limited knowledge of BTS, it doesn’t mean they aren’t insanely popular. I’m very impressed with the amount of fans excited about BTS Pop Vinyls! So what do we know as of now?
Are they coming? Unless something happens at the last minute, yes. They have been seen in the Gamestop computer system. I’ve also had a second source closer to Funko confirm this as well. Now as you should always remember, until Funko officially announces it, there’s a chance they don’t come through. But considering what I’ve heard, I’m confident in their arrival.
When are they coming? 2019. More specifically? Well… we’ve heard March but as of this moment, that’s a guess. We will update this when we hear more info. I’m hoping we hear from Funko after the new year for certain.
Okay okay, but what Pops are we getting? The following listings were specifically seen in Gamestop’s computer system. If there are any misspellings, I’m just copying this from the Gamestop system.

This does not mean these are all we are getting. It just means these are the only ones currently showing up in Gamestop’s systems. If another store, like Hot Topic, has any exclusives, we do not know this yet.
Where will these be available? Being in the Gamestop system does seem to mean they will be available in the US and Gamestop owns EB Games so possibly in Canada as well. As for the rest of the world, I would have to surmise they will be available internationally. Seems weird to have a South Korean band Pops only released in the U.S. right?
Um… What is BTS? Understandable question. Via Wikipedia”BTS, also known as the Bangtan Boys, is a seven-member South Korean boy band formed by Big Hit Entertainment. So they are very popular with the younger crowd (Don’t take young as offensive. I consider the late 30s/early 40s old )

Just a little FYI….BTS’ fanbase is very diverse and consists of men and women of ALL ages, MANY over the age of 35 (look up @BTSARMYDAD and @the_ahjummas on Twitter). There are some out there in their 70’s. We are far from “old”. We are all living our best life!!
His stage name is “Jung Kook” only, Jeon Jungkook is his last + first name it’s weird to see only him listed with his civilian name 😀 And OMG IM EXCITED
