Later this month or September, you should be able to find this Thor Ragnarok Pop! at Toys R Us stores and online at ToysRUs.com. Personally, I like this design. The hair sculpt is on pint and the 5 o’clock shadow adds a little bit of uniqueness to the figure.
I think it’s a nice sculpt, and it’ll go well next to a Hulk. That said, I don’t know it would be obvious who it is even if you have it next to a Hulk Pop. That’s not Funko’s fault, as the character’s design is just A Dude
I agree with your statement. A lot of generic people designs would be hard to figure out without context.
As someone who’s (patiently) waiting for a 6″ Hulk, I’m pretty geeked they’re making Banner!
I think it’s a shame that they (still) haven’t made an oversized Hulk across the two Avengers lines and now Thor: Ragnorok – it would certainly have given this figure context to be stood beside a 6″ version of his alter ego.
