  147. This line proofs how sexist Funko can really be. I mean 50+ male musicians and only ONE female. And the only female they included is one that both sexes like because her persona is gender neutral. That’s Amy Winehouse. It sort of makes when you see that most of these pops are rockstars and hip-hop stars. Those appeal to men. But then it doesn’t make any sense when you give Justin Bieber and Ed Sheeran a pop. I mean neither Justin Bieber or Ed Sheeran are musicians that men say let me put a Justin Bieber song or an Ed Sheeran song. I honestly cannot believe that Justin Bieber and Ed Sheeran will get a pop before iconic female singers like Cher, Madonna, Spice Girls, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Adele. They are completely missing the mark. It is known that gays have a devotion to their Divas like no man has devotion to any singer. Not only are there excluding a group of fans that would be more than willing to give their money for these pops, but they are missing out on an opportunity to make a lot more money because most of these female musicians I’m a ton of different iconic looks. COME ON FUNKO GET ON THE BALL!

Madonna, without a doubt, thinks she deserves more per figure. But Funko doesn’t raise prices for just one figure so it’s not cost productive to do it.

  241. Would love to see a Funko Pop! of Freddie Mercury Live Aid version or the famed yellow jacket. There are a couple of really nice Freddie figures made by different companies, but I’m sure you guys would do him justice. As an exclusive, have it up on his site with proceeds benefitting the Mercury Phoenix Trust. That would even be better.

    Another terrific figure could be George Michael. Especially “Faith” era with the leather jacket and jeans or blondish-hair version of his Wham! days.

    One female nobody has mentioned is Cyndi Lauper. Her look was completely iconic with “Girls Just Want To Have Fun.” It would be fantastic if Funko could get together in helping with proceeds of an artist’s favorite charity. Cyndi works with the True Colors Foundation.

    And individual offerings of the band members as well to go with the Kurt Cobain models. For that matter, create styles of any iconic music stars: Nine Inch Nails, Red Hot Chili Peppers, U2, The Who, Rolling Stones, Eric Clapton, Lynyrd Skynyrd, etc, etc. Surely, you have made enough Stranger Things, GoT and Elvis models to please folks in the mainstream?

She broke so many records with her debut album (look them up) and is a living legend that continues to be an advocate for the lgbtq community. She continues to make new music, act, and write. She has a Grammy, Emmy, and Tony and is only needing an Oscar to become a member of the egot family.
