Welcome everyone to Thursday Night Highlight. My little piece of this whole Popvinyls.com pie, and this week I’m bringing you some of the best photos from my Instagram account… wait… I think that’s what I do every week, but this week we have Ted 2 Pops! Look at Ted hogging that remote from me up there. That crazy guy! Anywho… This week saw the release of the Marvel Collector Corps Ant-Man box! So, there could be potential SPOILERS in the photos down below if you haven’t seen the contents of the box and wish to remain in the dark about it then by all means exit out this article and I won’t be sad about it. “Mondays… Am I Right?”
Sadness mystery mini from the Funko Inside Out Mystery Minis Hot Topic Edition. I posted this at the beginning of the week on Monday of all days because we know how Mondays gets people feeling. Sadness laying down on her stomach with her eyes looking up at the rain hitting the window only helps to capture that Monday feeling. What a perfectly sad mystery mini. Mondays stink!
“Who’s your friend who likes to play?”
Joy in Wagon (Hot Topic Exclusive) and Bing Bong mystery mini from the Funko Inside Out mystery mini set. Okay… so… Spoiler alert….stop reading…. seriously the picture is kind of a spoiler, but the explanation definitely is… so skim down to the next photo….still with me? This photo captures the most depressing scene of Inside Out when Bing Bong gives the ultimate sacrifice to send Joy off in his Rocket Wagon to help save Riley (The main character). This scene really tugs the heart strings, and all of you on the Funko Trading page that saw this photo when I posted it there yours as well! Sorry about that everyone, but this seriously is one of my favorite photos I love how Joy is coming out of the photo as if she’s shooting out of the area of forgotten memories (or whatever it’s called).
“Hey I’m down here… below the shield.”
Thor, Captain America, and The Hulk from the Avengers Age of Ultron series and Iron Man from Avengers 1 series, ANNND Ant-Man from the Ant-Man series (Standard size pop.). Okay so this is that Collector Corps spoiler I was warning you about. I made this photo last Sunday night before anyone knew what was inside the Collector Corps box and as everyone by now knows there was an Unmasked Ant-Man pop with the tiniest bobble head Funko ever made that resembles that guy in that photo, but rest assured that’s not him. I made that with Photoshop and you can tell because he has the black circles for eyes in that photo where the new one does not. Just all pure coincidence!
