Today, I take a look at a beautiful piece released last August on the shopDisney website and in Disney Stores. In celebration of the fan favorite film Hocus Pocus, Disney teamed up with Quantum Mechanix (QMx) to come out with a collectible for Halloween. Featuring the beloved Sanderson Sisters, here is the special Q-Fig Max.
In this sculpt, Sarah, Winifred, and Mary Sanderson are riding through Salem on Mary’s broom… er… vacuum. This Q-Fig Max is larger than a normal sized Q-Fig (hence the “Max” moniker), and the details of this vinyl statue are beautiful.
I honestly love that Disney is embracing the fanaticism surrounding this yearly staple of Halloween movies and working with companies to create more merchandise celebrating the movie. From Funko and QMx to Hot Topic and Spirit Halloween, I have added quite a few fun pieces to my Hocus Pocus collection over the past few years… and I probably will add more to it soon.
