With the images we have seen of the wave two Doctor Who Pops one question has remained. Where will the Jack Harkness with the Vortex Manipulator be made available at? Well now thanks to Captain Jack himself, John Barrowman we know! The following image was posted on his Instagram.
As you can see the image shows that the Vortex Manipulator Jack has an FYE Exclusive sticker.
