Earlier this year, PopVinyls.com and Funko teamed up to bring you two exclusive Pop! On Location Ghostbusters Photo Shoots, which you can find here and here. As we approach Christmas, we decided to give our readers an early gift: another exclusive photo shoot, this time bringing the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle gang to the Big Apple.
First up is the set of TMNT Mystery Minis. The set of 12, pictured here in front of the World’s Fair Unisphere with the Pop! Rides Turtle Van, includes some of the iconic characters from the animated TV series of the 1980’s.
The good guys are ready to kick some Foot Clan tail!

Meanwhile in Manhattan, Raphael finds himself against Rocksteady next to the City Hall Park Fountain.
NOTE: Michelangelo took on Bebop at Belvedere Castle in Central Park. Photos did not come out good. Apologies.

Feeling left out in the festivities, the Pop! Vinyls also took to the streets.

At the end of the day, Michelangelo finally tracked Bebop down, who was trying to create trouble on 6th Avenue among the Holiday Decor near Rockefeller Center.
Special thanks again to the team over at Funko for their help with this photo shoot. As always, it was fun traveling all around the city to take these shots. It was actually my first time walking on the Brooklyn Bridge and the first time visiting the City Park area of Manhattan. It was a pretty great time walking around the city with the “heroes in a halfshell”.
Turtle Power…. and Happy Holidays.
