Funko has made a detour down the candy aisle with the announcement of Sour Patch Kids Pop Vinyls. Maybe I’m in a sour mood but I’m not exactly seeing the appeal of Sour Patch Kids Pops (I’ll be here all week folks!) But just because I don’t get it, doesn’t mean somebody else won’t love it.

Let’s check them out!

So are these a hit? Or will they sit on discount shelves a la Uncle Si from Duck Dynasty? Let us know what you think!

  1. Funko’s strategy has always been a throw it at the wall one. They’ll take almost any license they can get, because there’s probably some people out there who want a desk tcotchke of a Sour Patch Kid.

  2. I don’t see how these are any stranger than any other brand mascot. I might get one, though it may be like so many other s I like but never get around to.

  3. Let me guess, they’re saving the Green one for that Emerald City comic con that gets all the green stuff.
