We know people are fired up for SDCC right now and I can definitely tell by the spike in traffic we’ve seen this week! But we’re wanting you to know about our favorite Con of them all, Dragon Con in Atlanta Ga!
You can read about Dragon Con’s history HERE, but here’s the scoop. It happens every year during Labor Day weekend. This year it’s August 30th through Sept 3rd. It’s an amazing time in downtown Atlanta with a wonderful diversity of people, fandoms, and experiences. I find it a more enjoyable time of sharing fandoms with people with like minds and boy is the Cosplay amazing. Check out more details at DragonCon.org
In the past, I’ve met celebrities from The Walking Dead, Arrow, Doctor Who, and more within minutes of each other. But my favorite time is the panels. I love all of it, but so many unique panels. In addition, there is an art show and a comic and pop art alley.
