I don’t have access to sales records obviously so I’m not sure how successful Vynl is for Funko. I do appreciate the style and look of them. Yet I hadn’t bought any until Funko delved into the Star Wars license with the Solo Movie Han and Lando 2 Pack. Now Funko might have me “all in” with this release:
You can pick up Vader and Stormtrooper this August in stores everywhere. If you are a Vynl fan, will you be adding this to your collection? If not, is their any license that would push you to the Vnyl side?
Wow, those are great. I already have Pops of them, so I’ll pass. That said, I wish this had been the original design of Pops, as I find them more appealing.
What would be the point of making a new line with the same look of Pops. Just order pops then.
He is just saying he wishes Funko had made them look this cool in the first place. The first release Darth Vader and Storm Trooper look goofy with the standard round pop eyes. They finally started making them look awesome with The Force Awakens and Rogue One and started making them look like the actual characters.
I ordered the Cable and Deadpool Vynl as those got me into the Vynl line. However, these are awesome! I would love to have them in my collection.
