Thursday Night Highlight being posted on a Thursday… in the MORNING?! Madness! I know! Welcome everyone to the Highlight it’s my weekly (sometimes) column here on Popvinyls.com where I showcase some of my favorite photos from my Instagram account (@Esbjo_Figs < Click Here!) and I give you a little info on each of them… and sometimes I toss in a review of the pop itself from my Youtube Channel (Eddie’s Toy Box < Click Here!) if you want to get an even closer look at it. So let’s get on that White Tiger zord and get this thing started!

Elizabeth from the Pop! Games Bioshock Series! This is one of the many photos I’ve had sitting in the folder for this article for quite some time. I don’t think I ever posted it, but here it is! Bioshock Infinity is an awesome game, and for the majority of the game you run around with Elizabeth as your companion and occasionally she’ll find goodies like money, ammo, and salts which is why Funko included a bottle of Salts in her hand. I was trying to replicate the game itself because it takes place as a first person shooter so that’s why my hands there! And there’s one of the bad guys in the back waiting to attack us… so she better throw those salts quick!
“Flash… where are we?”
Arrow, Unmasked Deathstroke, PX Unmasked Deathstroke, and Flash from the Pop! Heroes/TV (I’m not sure) series! So the original dialogue for this photo started with “Flash… where are we?” then Flash replied “When… are we.” and Arrow said “Not the time, Barry.” And Flash replied “…ARE YOU SERIOUS!?” So now that all that jumbleness is out of the way haha. The inspiration for this picture is because I posted it on a Tuesday and a popular hashtag on Instagram for Tuesday is #PopTwinsTuesday. So I decided to go with the Deathstrokes, and to make light of the situation by having Flash correct Arrow about being in a different time all together. So, when Arrow gets annoyed at the situation and reveals Flash’s real name… there ya go.

Finn from Star Wars Black Series and FN-2187 from the Pop! Star Wars line Target exclusive! So, for this photo I wanted to use both a figure from the Black series, and a Pop to make it Funko related! So here we have Finn holding the Pop! helmet of his former self FN-2187 with a little inspirational quote I came up with all on my own! It’s true though. Only you can decide what the future is going to hold for yourself. We make decisions every day that impact our lives. Why not start making better ones? Who knows… maybe one day it’ll lead to wielding a lightsaber! Never know!
