The force is strong in my family… and that’s why we’re gearing up for Halloween already! I don’t know about you, but Kyle Ren is becoming a huge fan favorite in the Thursday Night Highlight household. Hopefully he doesn’t disappoint! But anyway that’s not what you’re here for… you’re here so we can talk about some of my favorite photos of the week and all that jazz. So as always Thursday Night Highlight comes to you from @Esbjo_Figs (On Instagram!) or as some of you may know me as Eddie from Eddie’s Toy Box (On YouTube!) and either way is fine really I’m just glad my name’s out there! So this is my weekly column exclusive to Popvinyls.com (Lucky you guys!) and I showcase some of my favorite photos of the week… I think I mentioned that already… ah well it’s been a crazy month! “I Am McLovin!”
Mc Lovin from the Pop! Movies Superbad series. Who doesn’t love Mc Lovin? Well, if you’re a kid chances are you shouldn’t even know who Mc Lovin is, but it’s a made up name! That picture is a photo ID from the movie Superbad and instead of the real Mc Lovin being shown I edited it to reflect the Pop version of the character. It’s a simple switcharoo, but it makes for a pretty funny photo. I love this Pop and I love the fact that on the real Pop he’s holding the fake I.D. shown in that photo. It’s awesome! “Prestige Worldwide (Wide….Wide… Wide…)”
Brennan Huff and Dale Doback from the Pop! Movies Step Brothers series. Ah another movie not recommended for the kiddies, but even so this is the recreation of the movie poster from Step Brothers or rather my poor attempt at it by using the Pops. Hard to have them do family poses when they dont have much articulation. But just a matter of filling in the back with the photo portrait background and we have Prestige Worldwide ready to take on the world! “Do you believe in (Twin) Magic?”
Brie Bella and Nikki Bella from the Pop! WWE Total Divas Collection Series! Here we have the newest variants of the Bella Twins from the Total Divas series wearing their yellow attire. For this photo I have them standing at the top of the Raw entrance stage and have placed a WWE Mattel Divas Championship on Nikki. With the added pink neon streaks I’ve added the caption do you believe in twin magic playing off of the song, and the fact that it’s one of the “moves” they do in the ring. With the WWE pops it’s always easy to get a good photo of them if you have an entrance stage and with different positioning you can try to make each photo different from the last.
