Subscriptions Boxes keep popping up all over the internet but one company has lapped the field when it comes to providing consistent top quality inclusions in each and every box. Funko’s Marvel Collector Corps in its 3rd box has made it crystal clear for all Pop! collectors that the best choice for your dollars is the MCC. But before we go further, let’s go ahead and state the obvious: SPOILERS will be plentiful in this post so if you still crave surprises, you might want to flee right now. *Full Disclosure- Funko provides a complimentary Collector Corps subscription box each time for PopVinyls.com to review*

The box was themed after The Secret Wars  so let’s show you how the box reveals itself to its owners.

I’m a big fan of these patches and pins. I already have my plans for each year: a shadow box for my 6 patches and my 6 pins. They will look great on display all together. Instead of random junk “tossed” in a box like the other guys, I appreciate that there are mini-collections in each box.

After opening the inner lid, you get your first glimpse at the monthly t-shirt.

I love the Pop versions of these Secret Wars characters on the shirt! The t-shirt is pretty good quality and should make most subscribers happy.

Next, Funko addresses one complaint that some subscribers had in the previous box. I don’t collect comics but I did hear several people in our Funko Trading FB group complaining that in previous boxes, the comics weren’t protected. Although I didn’t see a lot of damage to comics, people wanted them bagged with a cardboard backing. That’s what we got this month. I’m glad to see Funko listening to collectors and addressing this issue.

With the comic set aside, it was time for the Funko Vinyl Figures to be revealed. This month we get TWO Pop! Vinyls. To recap the past three months: We’ve had a 6″ Hulkbuster, Unmasked Antman with the miniature Antman bobblehead, and now two Secret Wars Pops: Female Thor and Miles Morales Spider-man. This box also has a small insert of cardboard between the two Pops to protect them as well. Nice addition to protect the Pop boxes from damage.
