Custom Corner: Judgement Paladin

Bringing justice to the unjust, this holy warrior is ready for his fight against the darkest evil forces of the world.  Back again this week with his custom Judgement Paladin from World of Warcraft, Jeff Jongko has expertly created an Inquisitor of Light to fight back against the darkness.  Stunning metallic plate armor illustrates the Paladin’s faceless deliverance of justice, a mighty shield the Paladin’s protection of the weak, the glowing crystal in The Ashbringer an embodiment of the pure Light that blesses the Paladin with the ability to heal the wounded.

Custom Corner: Judgement PaladinA favorite armor set among World of Warcraft players, Jeff paid special attention to getting the details as accurate as possible.  The primarily metallic color set brings to life the shining armor that is typically associated with a Paladin, enhancing the meticulously sculpted engravings and armor plates.  Thinly painted scales, a representation of the balance between right and wrong that the Paladin strives to protect, accent the edges of this warrior’s breastplate, with two tiny sculpted daggers tacked on his shoulders, one on each side.  A handful of tiny tags bearing the mantra of the Paladin, that of Faith, Protection, and Retribution, hang from tiny chains encircling the Paladin’s waist.

Custom Corner: Judgement PaladinThis embodiment of the justice that a Paladin must bring illustrates the Paladin’s need to both determine what and if justice needs to be done and then deliver the appointed sentence.  In this figure, Jeff perfectly pulls both the Paladin and his preferred armor from the 2D world and into the 3D, with a dash of POPified stylization that makes this Paladin a perfect addition to any Warcraftian’s collection.
