Today, Fugitive Toys sent us over the official Island Scarred Oliver Queen Exclusive glam shot that they will have exclusively to the Toronto Fan Expo (Sept 3-6) and Wizard World San Jose (Sept 4-6). If you are going to either event you will be able to get this guy there!
