Today we look at the upcoming Funko Pop! Vinyls for the hit History Channel TV Series Vikings. Coming this May is a set of five figures featuring some of the most notable characters of the show. Let’s check them out.

Now, I have not watched the show Vikings, but just based on the glam shots sitting next to show stills above, I think the looks of these Pop! Vinyls look really accurate all things considered. My favorite one of the five is Floki. The character looks to to be mischievous, and in doing research for this article, the character believes himself to be a descendant of Loki, the trickster god. Sounds about right.

While I was at Toy Fair back in February, I got to see these figures in person, and their detail is really great, like the glam shots suggest. I like how they all come with some sort of accessory. I could easily see this line produce exclusives in the form of “bloody” variants.

After looking into the show for this article, I have already added the show to my queue on Hulu Plus, and I look forward to catching up on this show, especially since my ancestors were Vikings…. my last name (Denman) translates to “one of the Danes”, and was given to my ancestors who were Vikings who invaded and overtook parts of England.

What do you think of these Vikings Pop! Vinyls? Will you be adding them to your collection come May? Let us know.
