Today the “Vinyl Sugar” Facebook page shared this image  and Funko promptly retweeted and shared the photo across their social platforms.vs1

Besides admitting to having an out of wed lock relationship with Funko, this certainly seems to imply they are having a working relationship a la Funko does with Mindstyle for Hikari . The line definitely has a unique look and combined with Funko’s licensing power, there is potential for this to be a popular line. I also see certain disconnects with the reason behind the popularity of the Pop line so only time will tell if this catches on with collections.

What say you Funko Fans. Will you purchase these Vinyl Idolz?
